Our experience
The international Ingeus Group of Companies has over 20 years’ experience delivering welfare-to-work services and currently operates in the UK, France, Germany, Sweden and Korea.

Our employer activities
Engaging with employers is an essential part of how we support our clients, and we work with companies of all sizes across the UK to secure appropriate, sustainable vacancies for our clients. We provide a flexible, free service to employers looking for staff, such as promoting employer vacancies, hosting recruitment days, pre-screening candidates, and providing on-going support for clients when they are in work.

Our partners
In addition to working closely with Jobcentre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions, Ingeus develops strong partnerships with private, public and voluntary organisations to enhance the service we provide to clients. We also sub-contract some of our programmes and services to local or specialist providers.

Our policy activity
The Ingeus Centre for Policy and Research (ICPR) draws on our local and international experience to produce original research, responds to government consultations and undertakes business development activity that seeks to improve the delivery of welfare-to-work services in the UK.
