Who can join Flexible New Deal?
FND is a mandatory programme for people who have been unemployed for 12 months or more. Ingeus delivers the Flexible New Deal programme alongside Jobcentre Plus as part of the Government’s aim to help more people on benefits find work.
Whether you've been unemployed for 12 months or 12 years, Flexible New Deal provides support that is tailored to your needs. You may be ready to start work straight away or may not have worked for some time. Whatever your situation, your advisor will help you to work out what you want to do and the support you will need to get there.
