Ingeus retains Best Companies
Accreditation in 2010
For the second year running Ingeus has gained prestigious Best Companies Accreditation. The accreditation is based on the results of an employee survey, which was completed by over 300 Ingeus employees in late 2009. A total of 900 companies participated and Ingeus was one of 140 companies that gained Two Star Status.
The survey evaluated employees’ perceptions of eight key areas including leadership, personal development, wellbeing and fair deal. The value of the survey is that it represents an independent measure of our employees’ opinions about working for the company and allows us to benchmark our organisation against other companies.
The survey results reveal that our employees believe our work makes a difference not only to the lives of individual clients but also that Ingeus ‘makes a positive difference to the world’.
Ingeus received some of the highest scores in the country for ‘fair deal’ - our employees feel suitably rewarded for their work through their pay and benefits; ‘my team’ – there is a ‘strong sense of family’ within the organisation; and ‘my company’ – our employees feel that we provide a great service to our clients and are excited about where the company is going.
