Ingeus seeks partners to join The Ingeus Partner Network

5 MARCH 2010
Ingeus achieves 38th position in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For awards.

For the second year in a row, Ingeus has been named one of the best places to work in the UK by the Sunday Times. We entered the nationally recognised ‘Best Companies’ competition for the first time last year and were ranked highly then; our status has been confirmed again in this year’s list. This is an important endorsement of our work and, in particular, of our company culture and people.

The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For is the largest independent assessment of employers in the UK. In November 2009, more than 300 members of staff completed the survey which evaluated their perceptions of eight key areas including leadership, personal development, and wellbeing. This survey is particularly valuable as it represents an independent measure of our employees' opinions about working for the company and allows us to benchmark our organisation against other companies.

We achieved the highest score of all the companies for ‘Fair deal’, meaning that our employees are particularly happy with the way in which we look after people and our approach to remuneration and fairness. We also scored very highly in the ‘My team’ category. Three quarters of the company reported that their teams have a strong sense of family, and over 80% agreed that their colleagues care for each other, are fun to work with, and go out of their way to help each other. Of all the companies surveyed, Ingeus has the sixth highest ranking for believing our company has a positive impact on the world we live in. These results are testament to Ingeus’ commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive culture which allows staff to provide a high level of support for our clients.
