About our facilitators

The ‘Working for Wellness’ facilitators are all qualified health professionals, within their respective fields and have substantial experience of supporting people with mental and physical health conditions.

Most of our facilitators currently work on Ingeus’ Pathways to Work programme, delivering a variety of Condition Management interventions - such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and musculoskeletal advice - to support people with mental and physical health conditions to move closer to finding suitable, lasting work.
