Ingeus seeks partners to join The Ingeus Partner Network

Our Pathways to work programme has supported thousands of people on health benefits to find suitable, lasting work.

Pathways to Work is the Government's flagship initiative that aims to improve the lives of over one million health-related benefits recipients by supporting them, through a structured programme, to find suitable, lasting employment.

We work in partnership with Jobcentre Plus and, through a combination of in-house health specialists and one-to-one employment advice, can help particpants to manage their health condition while they look for work and when they start work.

We deliver Pathways to Work in the following areas:

  • Birmingham and Solihull
  • Central London
  • City and East London
  • Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth
  • Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders
  • Nottinghamshire

Over the three-year contracts we will engage with over 98,000 people who are not working because of their health condition. Central to Pathways to Work is a Condition Management Programme which is designed to help people understand and better manage their health conditions in a work environment, and is delivered primarily by our in-house health professionals.

Ingeus has considerable experience of delivering successful employment services to people with health conditions, having supported over 2,400 people to find work through our New Deal for Disabled People programme in Birmingham and Solihull, Incapacity Benefits Outreach Programme in South London and Incapacity Benefits Employment Programme in Brent.

In England, this programme is match-funded by the European Social Fund.
