Ingeus is seeking expressions of interest from organisations wanting to join The Ingeus Partner Network and become a preferred supplier for forthcoming tender opportunities.

The Partner Network will form a key part of our response to the tender opportunity for DWP’s Framework Agreements for the Provision of Employment Related Services. We are looking for delivery partners who are able to provide end-to-end coverage across specific geographical areas as well as partners who can deliver specialist interventions or services for particular customer groups. If we are awarded Framework contracts, members of the Partner Network will be invited to participate in further selection processes in response to specific tender opportunities such as The Work Programme. Ingeus’ Partner Network Expression of Interest process has been designed using Code of Conduct principles to source locally responsive and inclusive supply chains. In every area in which we work, Ingeus seeks to work alongside a diverse range of partners to deliver high-performing and high-quality services.

Ingeus will be seeking to identify members of our Partner Network in the following nine regions:

  • London
  • South East England
  • East of England
  • West Midlands
  • East Midlands
  • North West England
  • Yorkshire & Humber
  • North East England
  • Scotland

To be considered as a supplier to Ingeus for the first phase of the Framework Agreement competition, Expression of Interest Forms need to be submitted by email to newbusiness@ingeus.co.uk by 5pm on 23rd August 2010. Thereafter, there will be regular opportunities to join our list of preferred suppliers.

Partner Briefing Events

Organisations interested in joining The Partner Network are invited to attend briefing events that we will be hosting during July and August. Below is a list of the dates and locations of the events (please click on the relevant link below for further details). 

NB If you are interested in more than one area, it will be sufficient to attend one event only.

Expressions of Interest

We will assess all initial Expressions of Interest using a set of fixed criteria, which includes:

  • Track record of performance with disadvantaged groups
  • Commitment to providing high-quality services
  • Geographical coverage and existing infrastructure
  • Ability to add value and innovation

Follow-up competitions

If you are selected to join the Partner Network you will be informed of all the upcoming opportunities we are tendering for. We will run ‘mini-competitions’ asking for details of your delivery proposal for a particular contract. If we are not able to source suitable partners from our existing supplier list, we may open up the competition to other potential partners.

Face-to-face meetings

If successful at the previous stage, we will arrange a meeting and, if appropriate, a visit to one of your delivery sites to discuss how we would work in partnership to deliver a particular contract. We will discuss the information outlined in your Expression of Interest Form and delivery proposal in more detail and clarify how your services could align with our delivery model.

Partnership Agreement Template

We will then discuss delivery and funding arrangements with you and seek to confirm a partnership agreement. We may ask partners at this stage for further information on their policies and procedures, skills and experience. All confirmed subcontractors will be issued with a formal agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the partnership, agreed performance expectations, prices and indicative client volumes.
