LDA Careers Ladders is a project to support Londoners in low wage jobs to progress in their careers through a combination of case management and skills development. This will commence in September 2010 and run for three years.

While our delivery arrangements are well developed, we remain interested in hearing from organisations that believe they can add further value to help support customers into employment in these areas.
We are looking for Delivery Partners in Nottinghamshire to deliver part of their Flexible New Deal Programme, focusing on upskilling clients, providing current work experience and supporting clients into sustainable employment. Partners are sought with a job-focused approach and an ability to work to job targets.
