"I love the challenges that my job brings. My role is extremely busy and no two days are the same."

"In the three years that I have worked as an administrator at Ingeus, I have been fortunate enough to experience a large amount of variety. I initially joined the company as a receptionist in Birmingham's Employment Zone and then a year later I moved to the Evidence Gathering Administrator role. In December 2007, I took the opportunity to move to Ingeus' Pathways to Work programme in Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders and am currently a quality assurance administrator in Livingston.

My role is extremely busy and varied. On any given day I could be supporting advisors with their clients, liaising with clients' employers, dealing with suppliers, handling Jobcentre Plus enquires and ensuring client files are compliant for DWP audits.

Being an administrator at Ingeus is very much a team role - all administrators across the district work closely together and rely on each other to deliver the best possible service.

I love the challenges that my job brings. No two days are the same. I constantly have to think on my feet and work closely with so many different people to achieve my goals. Witnessing the positive impact that our service has on clients and knowing that you have contributed in one way or another to achieve this is, without doubt, the most rewarding part of my job."
