Ingeus' administrators provide a high level
of support to advisors, managers and clients and form an integral part of each team.

What makes a successful Ingeus administrator?

Administrators
Our administrators have to be highly competent multi-taskers who:

  • are extremely well organised and have a very mature attitude
  • build excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and external organisations
  • use their initiative to maintain and improve robust admin systems and procedures.

For example, our Client liaison officers need to be able to engage with clients face-to-face, by phone and in writing, to understand any concerns they may have and communicate the benefits of staying on the programme. They must be resourceful, able to adapt their style and tone to many different people and be good at keeping accurate records.

Receptionists
Our offices' receptions are always extremely busy and need to be managed by confident people who are used to dealing with a mix of people, tasks and situations. Our receptionists:

  • are solely responsible for managing a large flow of visitors and act as the first point of contact for the company
  • are able to handle a high volume of phone calls efficiently
  • are responsible for managing their office's petty cash
  • use their excellent communications skills to handle occasionally challenging situations.
